PROTECTION PROCESS-
We will now begin our extensive detailed protection service to all surfaces of the items you have sent. For example, If you have opted to send a pair of trainers, we will protect any rubber, plastic, foam , fabric & metal detailing. We then allow all items to dry in ambient temperatures for up to 24 hours.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS-
Once the items arrive at our facility, our team will take images of all items and thoroughly inspect them to ensure there are no issues upon arrival. If the items are not received in a clean state, we reserve the right to refuse our services to protect them, as this can affect results. Please be sure to send us new items or recently cleaned.
