CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY/COLLECTION METHOD-
To try and make this process as easy as possible, we offer multiple delivery options for you to send your items to us. Please select your preferred option & be sure to select the right insurance option prior to checkout. Please click the link to view our delivery & return options. Our packaging is super durable & heavy-duty, so you have added peace of mind knowing that your item(s) are safe during transit.

PROTECTION PROCESS-
We will now begin our extensive detailed protection service to all surfaces of the items you have sent. For example, If you have opted to send a pair of trainers, we will protect any rubber, plastic, foam , fabric & metal detailing. We then allow all items to dry in ambient temperatures for up to 24 hours.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS-
Once the items arrive at our facility, our team will take images of all items and thoroughly inspect them to ensure there are no issues upon arrival. If the items are not received in a clean state, we reserve the right to refuse our services to protect them, as this can affect results. Please ensure to send us new items or recently cleaned.

PROTECTION COMPLETE-
We will now arrange for your items to be sent back to you, so you can enjoy wearing them out and about & feel at ease knowing they are well protected.

Our standard service typically takes 4-5 working days for processing and protection of items. However, with our VIP service, we prioritise your request and aim to complete the process within 1-2 days. This ensures that your items are protected and ready for use as quickly as possible.
If you have an urgent need and require even faster processing, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand the importance of timely service.
