For our Standard options we send out heavy duty packaging along with a pre paid return label. You put your items in the packaging provided and then at your earliest convenience, take the items to a local post office and they will handle and organise the return to us. Or alternatively we can arrange a courier to collect the item directly from you however there will be an additional charge of £10.50 for this service. Please note that option 1, 1B & 1C below are priced without the collection service of £10.50 but they do include the pre paid return label which you can take with your item to a local post office.

Turn around time explained

We Send out your packaging via next day delivery on a Monday, it arrives to you on a Tuesday, you then pack the parcel and either get it

a. collected or b. taken to a local post office branch near you (best to try and do this before mid-day), once its at the drop off point we will usually get it the next working day (as long as you haven’t missed the cut off time for that days collection) which will be Wednesday, we will then protect the items and have them shipped out to you on the Thursday via next day delivery meaning you should receive them on a Friday.
